How do I return an item?
Returns and Exchanges
Contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 522-BGYM (2496) for a Return Authorization Number and follow the instructions received (see more information below).
Please note the following:
- Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition with all accessories included.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
- Your return must be received no later than two (2) weeks after receiving your Return Authorization Number.
The Balance Gym® Customers have 30 days from the day they receive their machine to either exchange or return products. Customers must call our customer service sales support line at (888) 522-2496 to initiate pick-up service of the machine. If the machine is sent back for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from our factory and a disassembly charge. Before the machine is returned, an authorized representative must first diagnose the machine and determine that a return is necessary. This diagnosis will generally occur within 3-10 business days after initial contact. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
